Who Are We?
Jemma
At K-9 Heaven the main priority will always be the welfare of your pets. We believe in humanity over vanity.
The team is led by Jemma Birch who has over 8 years experience in the dog industry. Jemma started her career becoming trained in dog behaviour and spent 5 years providing obedience training on a 121 basis whilst completing her HNC in Animal Management and Behaviour.
Jemma then went on to complete her dog grooming qualification and opened K9 Heaven.

Gareth
Gareth joined K-9 Heaven in 2021 and has been trained and supported by Jemma in his progress of becoming a dog groomer. Gareth has a BTEC in Small Animal care and Husbandry, and a H.N.C in Animal Behaviour.
Only The Best
K9 Heaven will only use the best products on the market and not only offer a grooming range we offer the best spa ranges. Employees are experienced in using the ultrasonic tooth brush system called Emmi Pet. This is designed to produce the best results for your dogs teeth.
Safety
Safety is paramount at K9 Heaven, all employees are fully first aid trained in K9 first aid and have regular refresher training.
Advice
Here at K9 Heaven your dogs welfare is paramount to us. We can demonstrate the correct grooming techniques with you for your particular breed of dog. If for any reason the dog is highly stressed or we are unable to treat your pet we would advise you to consult your veterinary clinic as they can sedate and help to make the procedure more beneficial for your dog.
